Your own private beach
Sandaway stands on a low cliff at the very edge of the ocean with breathtaking views. Three minutes walk down a picturesque stepped path brings you to Sandaway beach, privately owned by us, a rocky foreshore and a sprinkling of sand but a real sun trap and haven of peace and quiet, but beware of the tides. A short scramble over the rocks takes you to our secret spot, Mermaids cove, this is truly a place of magic and tranquillity ideal for that really quiet swim or sunbathe. Should you glimpse topless mermaid's... just look the other way. Relax with a cool drink in our Smugglers Bar, take in the superb sea and Exmoor views. Enjoy excellent pub grub & basket meals from our Chef’s Corner, entertainment, dancing, and children are welcome. A feature of Sandaway is our lovely kidney shaped heated swimming pool. There is a well stocked shop, take-away meals, pool table, amusements, a special indoor children’s soft play area and an outdoor playground.

Sandaway and Combe Martin Beach are sister parks, a few minutes walk apart. You are welcome to visit and enjoy the facilities of both parks.
Combe Martin is a charming fishing village just 6 minutes walk. There are shops, restaurants, pubs, cafes, fishing, boat trips and a beach. The vast expanse of Exmoor national park starts at Combe Martin. Berrynarbor, a traditional Devon village and Watermouth Castle are both just over a mile away. 
The major seaside resort of Ilfracombe is 4 miles. Within an easy drive there is a choice of six lovely beaches, farm parks, museums, tourist attractions, golf, tennis, riding, fishing and water sports.

All Sandaway Beach accommodation is maintained, furnished and equipped to high standards and is fully carpeted. All have bathrooms with bath or shower, H&C and WC. Kitchens have cooker, fridge, microwave, kettle, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. Colour TV is provided in all accommodation. Pillows, duvets and linen are provided, all you need bring are towels.
